I'm exhausted and really need to get in bed. Will post HG chinese chicken salad recipe in the morning. These meals were totally filling today.
Sometimes I think that 1200 calories is a hard daily goal...but with the right foods that are filling its really easy. I was surprised actually the amount of calories I ate because I thought I was surely over 1500 with the extra salad and soup I had.
I definitely recommend the minestrone soup. So easy and super delicious!! I think its a new favorite. And I'm so happy that Wesley loves all the food we eat too because hes a picky eater.
Yay for healthy eating =)
Oh and I'm totally getting the biggest loser workout dvds! I do not have a gym membership. And frankly cannot afford one. Maybe occasionally I'll pay the $6 daily fee and go, but that is insane in my eyes. I'd rather spend $20 and get a couple workout dvds that I can use over and over again. Plus I'm going to get a few hand weights as well, maybe 2, 5 and 10lbs depending on price and then I pretty much can do whatever I need.

ReplyDeleteI have a suggestion, if you don't mind. When you go to purchase weights, go with the lighter ones. If you get them heavier, you will just bulk up. I learned this the hard way, LOL! For me, I wanted tone arms, but didn't want to look like a gentleman=0)
