The Challenge

Turning good eating, daily exercise, better habits into a lifestyle change, not just a temporary fad diet. 

Yes I will be starting a new exercise program, but my hopes for this is to FINISH. And when I'm done, continue exercising, being involved in things I enjoy (such as tennis, softball, swimming), and to change myself, my bad habits, and live a better life.

A lot of these changes have to come inside of me. Branching out and meeting new people instead of staying a hermit. Organizing my daily schedule so I prioritize studying, my son, instead of the tv/computer. Learning to destress and relax if money is tight. Lots of little things I have to work on and change so I am happy and healthy.
