- Complete 2 rounds of 21 day fix
2012 Goals
- Complete 60 days of insanity, no quitting
- Weigh under 200 lbs and lose a pant size or 2 before Vegas which is May 28th
- Cut out fast food completely (except subway occasionally)
- Cut out all soda completely
- Do the couch to 5k program in the summer
- Actually do a 5k
Other goals I have, not necessarily exercise related
- Weigh 145lbs
- Compete in a triathlon
- Not shop in plus size section
- Wear a 2 piece
- Flat stomach
- Graduate from college, with bachelors
- Complete NYIP course
- No double chin
