Health Goals

June & July 2015

  • Complete 2 rounds of 21 day fix

2012 Goals
  • Complete 60 days of insanity, no quitting
  • Weigh under 200 lbs and lose a pant size or 2 before Vegas which is May 28th
  • Cut out fast food completely (except subway occasionally)
  • Cut out all soda completely
  • Do the couch to 5k program in the summer
  • Actually do a 5k
Will add more as I think of them

Other goals I have, not necessarily exercise related
  • Weigh 145lbs
  • Compete in a triathlon
  • Not shop in plus size section
  • Wear a 2 piece 
  • Flat stomach
  • Graduate from college, with bachelors
  • Complete NYIP course
  • No double chin
