Its 2011 and my progress stopped back in August 2010 and with lots of changes that have happened this past year its time to get back into the swing of things and get rolling on my weightloss.
I will try to post daily on my progress, but definitely plan to blog atleast twice a week to update on weightloss for the week and what I have been doing.
Today is a new day and I'm about to head to the gym and exercise. Its time to make a new healthier me and this time around I plan on sticking through it! It won't be easy and I'll have good and bad weeks but I really just need to dedicate myself regardless!
