Cherry Limeaide Green Smoothie



Ingredients:
1 cup cherries
1 cup Kale (or other greens)
2 scoops Orgain Protein Powder or other protein powder of choice
Juice from 2 limes or 2-3 tbsp lime juice
Ice
Water (less for thicker smoothie)

Blend and serve

Now this isn't a very sweet smoothie. I prefer to drink smoothies without added sugars or sweeteners because it is healthier that way. 

**If you need to sweeten, it is best to use a bit of PURE maple syrup or RAW honey.**
Shop local! Go to your local farmers market or Co-op and buy honey. Honey does wonders for sore throats and sickness too. 

This recipe is also 21 day fix approved! (because I approve it LOL) No, because of the ingredients.
1 green
1 purple
1 red
(if you add honey, use 1 spoon)

21 day fix tally sheets

I don't know about all of you, but I don't always like keeping track of everything on my phone. When it comes to being accountable and keeping track, I'd rather just have paper to log it all.

So for those of you who are more paper people, I've created a tally checklist for the 21 day fix program. Now I'm starting at 2100-2300 calories, and that is the checklist I have made so far, so please feel free to download the PDF file. You can find the list at the bottom of the page. 

*Please continue to check back with me, as I will be creating tally sheets for the other calorie ranges as well. 
I know there are several other tally sheets out there, but I felt the need to create my own, and I hope some of you can use this!!
