Day 1 - Insanity Fit Test

Hopefully in 2 weeks when I do the fit test again I will be a bit stronger.

35-40 Switch Kicks
27 Power Jacks
65 Power knees
15 Power Jumps
6 Globe Jumps
5 Suicide Jumps
15 Push up Jacks
17.5 Low plank obliques
