Food/Exercise Log [Day 1]



Starting Weight: 247lbs 

I was surprised when I weighed myself. I did it 3 or 4 times and it varied from 244.6-246.6. I thought I was 250.

247 was when I had my camera on me so I'm just sticking with that. My scale is lame and turns off after 3 seconds so I had to be quick when snapping a photo. 

I didn't have a tape measure to do measure measurements but I will in the next day or 2 and post those stats then.

Also I'm going to post the HG (hungry girl recipes) from the book in another blog post and just come back here and link to it.


I realize some of my chart is cut off. I will be adjusting the blog soon to fix this.
