If this is your first time @ my blog welcome!! I'm currently on my journey to lose 100lbs. So far I've lost 8.4lbs in 2 weeks. I post my exercise/food log each day and each week post the recipes I made during that week. I also do weekly weigh-ins and am hoping that people want to join me on Weigh-in wednesday. Last week no one posted so I don't know if anyone even reads this blog or not.
Follow along and as always I'm always looking for more blogs to follow that are health/diet related.
