Tomorrow is day 1 and I am totally prepared (food wise anyways)!!...and really the week is just about getting into that routine..and seeing how I can handle the
calorie counting following weight watchers points.
*Update* I decided that since I already have all of the weight watchers packet info and point list that I might as well just count points to make my life just a bit easier.
Plus I have a new hungry girl cook book (that I'm so excited to try) that has already calculated the points for each recipe, so its less that I have to figure out.
I have my menu all planned and ready to go!! Starting tomorrow evening I will post my daily food log and the recipes as well!! So for those of you that don't have the book, your in luck because I will post the recipes from the book that I've tried (some days I may not use the book) and give you a little critique on what I thought about it and suggestions.
Unfortunately no I'm not going to take step by step photos. I wish I had a little bit more time on my hands to do that, but I will however take a photo of the finished product!!
And tomorrow is also weigh in day. I will be measuring my arms, legs, waist, hips, and chest.

I was even thinking of putting up a mr. linky every
monday Wednesday (maybe called Weigh-in Wednesday) so you can link to your blog post on your weight loss for the week, or if not a blog post just a blog (health related), articles, contests or anything else you might find useful to help with weight loss.
Would anyone do this?? Its an idea. Let me know what you think!
