Last week I was 247lbs
Today I was down to 243.2lbs
I lost 3.8lbs this week without a gym!!!
Only 99lbs left.
Now that I am using the school gym I will be able to do more weight lifting and do other kinds of cardio!
Plus I want to do a class each week as well.
I pretty much know what I'm going to be doing each day.
Today was upper body/lower body weight lifting
Tomorrow is cardio
Wed upper/lower body + abs
Thurs Cardio - POOL
Fri - upper/lower body
They aren't open on the weekends. But Sat I'm going to do cardio, either bike riding, or more wii fit!
I will do upper/lower body probably until I leave for Arizona just because both areas have been deprived for a very long time.
Then when I get back I can alternate days.
Plus I'm going to be partaking in a new challenge.
